Tawakkul Steps Returns & Refund Policy

Bismillah, and thank you for supporting our small growing business.

At Tawakkul Steps, every product is created with intention, care, and ihsaan. As a small start-up operating with limited resources, we currently do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, except where required by law.

Sealed Products

All of our journals are sealed in protective plastic packaging to ensure quality and care.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, journals cannot be returned or refunded once the plastic seal has been removed, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before opening the seal.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will happily arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We accept replacements if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was sent

Once photo evidence is provided, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Why We Currently Cannot Accept General Returns

As a young brand taking its first steps, we do not yet have the operational capacity to manage a full returns system. This allows us to:

  • Keep our prices accessible

  • Continue creating faith-centred tools

  • Maintain quality without compromising sustainability

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or defect
